We have a dedicated manufacturing facility for production of Carbapenem Dry Powder Injections, most commonly used as last-resort treatment for multi-resistant and severe bacterial infections.

Our Production Facility

Our production unit has been set up with the aim of revolutionizing the pharmaceutical sector in the country. For this purpose, we have instituted world-class machinery with multiple checks in place to make the production process seamless.

With systems like SCADA and 21 CFR in place for manufacturing and testing, we strive to deliver highest quality products in the market. We endeavor to leave no stone unturned in enabling higher access to quality life-saving drugs at affordable prices.

Our manufacturing unit is designed according to highest regulatory compliances and features state-of-art devices and equipment for production of Dry Powder Injections. We have installed more than 200 sensors to make the production process seamless and efficient.

FLAWLESS PRODUCTION LINE

The strength of our production line can be attributed to: 

1.Closed Restricted Access Barrier System (cRABS) to ensure zero human intervention 

2. All-round operations, from washing to sealing, under Laminar Air Flow to eliminate all possibilities of particle contamination 

3. 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant Software for
monitoring of:

  • Automatic rotary vial washing
  • Automatic Sterlizing and Depyrogenation tunnel 
  • Automatic Vial filling and stoppering 
  • Automatic vial sealing
